Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Effective February 17, 2024, Signature Shears will be updating our Cancellation & No-Show Policy to ensure we continue providing top-tier service and appointment availability for all our clients.

24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Any changes made within 24 hours will be charged the full price of the service.

No-Shows
Missed appointments will be charged the full price of the service.

Why This Change?

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from securing appointments and impact our barbers’ schedules.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
